In yoga, the poses you see people doing in class or on photos are called asanas. The breathing exercises often not (visibly) exercised, are called pranayamas. One pranayama I practiced twice this week is Breath of Fire. It warms as well as wakes you up and activates the ability to focus.

Doing the exercise, I was reminded of our ability to be a self-starter. You don't need someone to light your fire. This exercise is a way to experience you can always be your own ignition, for endeavours small and large. Not saying you always should, of course.
